Wreaths Across America Day - December 17, 2022

 

REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

On December 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM, volunteers will remember and honor our veterans by laying Remembrance Wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes at California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery (CCCVC). Please join us in placing the wreaths on each of the 532 graves at CCCVC.

September Parlor Meeting - Location Update

 

Our September Meeting will be held this Thursday September 1, 2022 at the Monterey County Office of Education, 901 Blanco Circle, Salinas, California. Doors open at 5:30 and the meeting begins at 6:30 PM. If you want to join us via Zoom, please check you email for the Zoom link and pass code.

Aleli Parlor Brunch and Paint Party

 

We're having a brunch potluck and paint party! Please join us for a brunch potluck at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the Buena Vista Grange, 518 River Road, in Salinas. Please bring a breakfast dish to share.

The paint party will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Jess from Progress Not Perfection Paint Parties created the painting above, featuring the Aleli flower, just for our party! No experience is needed. Jess will walk us through creating the painting step-by-step. The cost is $20 per person and includes all the supplies to create your one-of-a-kind painting. Guests are welcome! Payment may be made by cash, check (payable to NDGW Aleli Parlor No. 102), or via Zelle to NDGW102@gmail.com.

January’s Monthly Meeting

Happy New Year! This month’s meeting will be held in person and via Zoom at 6:30 PM. The in-person meeting will be held at the Active Seniors Hall, 100 Harvest Street, Salinas.
